Start setting realistic expectations and stick to them. In turn, you will feel less stressed and more productive at work and at play. Ask for help if you need others to share your responsibilities. Identify your top priorities in life and let go of those that don't matter in the long run. With this new perspective, you will start to get rid of the clutter in your life and simplify.
