Foods You Shouldn't Eat When Pregnant!

It goes without saying that you should consume a nutritious and well-balanced diet during pregnancy. However, there are a number of foods you should avoid as they could produce negative effects on both you and your baby. For example, steer clear of raw foods like fish and seafood - so, no sushi! Raw eggs and foods that contain them are also a no-no, so avoid things like homemade ice-creams and custards. Try not to consume unpasteurised milk and cheeses – all these precautions boiling down to the fact that untreated raw foods carry health risks from contaminants and bacteria. Finally, stay away from alcohol.
