Lower risk of dementia/Alzheimer's among Java-lovers

It's a resounding 'YES' for coffee drinking! Coffee can
decrease the risk of dementia/ Alzheimer's disease (AD),
say researchers of the Finnish Cardiovascular Risk Factors,
Aging and Dementia (CAIDE) Study. After a follow-up of 21
years on two large population-based surveys in Finland and
Sweden, it was found that out of 1,409 surviving individuals
aged 65-79, 61 were demented and 48 had AD. Those who
drank coffee had a lower risk for dementia and AD, and
those who drank about 3-5 cups a day had the lowest risk.
