Kids' Eating Habits Influences Their IQ

 
If your children eat smart, they might end up smarter, too! An Australian study which looked at the diets of children aged 6 months, 15 months and 2 years they found that
infants who were breastfed and had a healthy diet inclusive of legumes, cheese, fruits and vegetables at 15 and 24 months had an IQ two points higher by age eight than those
who regularly consumed items like biscuits, chocolate, sweets and soft drinks.
