Ageing Bad Habits

It is a general notion that smoking, drinking, inactivity and unhealthy diet can make you look older. If you've never really believed, now there are figures to prove it. Research by the University of Oslo has found that these four bad habits age a person by 12 years.

As reported in the Archives of Internal Medicine, researchers who studied the lifestyle patterns of 4,886 British adults for the past 20 years also found these habits increased the risk of death with cancer and heart disease as the most common cause.
